Our Pay As You Go Workers compensation
premiums are based on actual payroll.
This program works similar to the manner in which you payroll
provider currently processes your employer matching taxes.
Rather than estimated your payroll for the year, we provide a
composite rate per $100 of payroll for each of your class
codes. At the end of each month, premium is sent in with
a spreadsheet illustrating payroll and premium collection.
This program must be
administered through a payroll company or processor.
We have many payroll companies that can provide payroll
services and administer our Pay As You Go program for you.
However, we are always happy to discuss the program with your
current payroll company and register them as an approved
vendor.
