Our workers' compensation programs are designed with you in mind.  We're always working to develop new markets and opportunities to better serve our clients.

We have three work comp programs:

::Program 1- Traditional Workers' Compensation Insurance

Traditional workers' compensation policies are based on estimated payroll, rather than actual payroll.  Once the policy period is over, you will be audited by the insurance carrier. This type of policy is best for established employers with lower experience modifiers and/or companies that are well capitalized. 

We can work with your current payroll company to withhold work comp premium on your behalf.

::Program 2-  Pay As You Go Work Comp Insurance

Our Pay As You Go worker's compensation policies take the guess work out of premium collection because they are based on actual payroll reported by you to one of our authorized payroll companies. 

This program is good for employers with experience modifiers below 1.5, start up companies, and employers wanting to improve cash flow.

::Program 3- PEO Outsourcing (Employee Leasing)

PEO services (Professional Employer Organizations) are fast becoming a winning solution in Missouri and across the country.  Already prevalent on the East and West coasts, a PEO arrangement allows an employer to leverage work comp buying power and centralize HR and Payroll functions.

PEOs are a good solution for employers with higher experience modifiers due to claims.  They also help employers seeking better cash flow, improved HR systems, and turnkey employee benefit solutions.
